FootShox offers a two year warranty by simply filling out the warranty form below within 30 days of your original purchase. You have two online options when registering for your warranty:

Registering Online for Warranty ONLY

Register online to receive a two year warranty from the date of purchase this option is FREE. Simply fill out the form and there is no need to keep original sales receipt or package. Any damaged product will be replaced by simply calling our customer service line, sending in your damaged insoles. S&P not included for product damaged after the first three months of original purchase.

Register online for your warranty and Your FREE pair!! Simply fill out the form below and pay S&P and you will receive a two year warranty on your original product and your Free Pair as well!!! Same conditions apply for your warranty! Please note that it takes 4 weeks or less to receive your free pair as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer. The S&P may not be waived for registration. By calling you will still have to pay S&P. If you do not want to pay S&P you may refer to option 1 and just register for your 2 year warranty. No exceptions are made.
